Business Systems Analyst 1/2 - Finance Test Lead

Job description

The business systems analyst - finacne test lead is responsible for functional application maintenance, analyzing and resolving application/system issues and recommending and implementing corrective and enhancement modifications to accommodate customer and business requirements. Create comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test scenarios tailored to financial processes and systems. Lead test execution, managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, test data, and defect resolution. Provide test progress, readiness, and Go/No-Go recommendations to senior stakeholders. Partner with Finance Business Analysts, Project Managers, and IT teams to align testing with business requirements. (50%) Analyzes application issues providing recommended solutions/system changes with detailed written documentation. Accountable for product test and final sign-off of system changes. Creates, revises and executes test plans of low to moderate complexity and identifies impacts.
