Product Development Engineer I/II

Job description

Printpack is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Product Development Engineer I or II for core and market customer product development teams. The position will ideally be in Atlanta, GA with other Printpack locations considered on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities include: Delivering an exceptional customer experience to our core and growth customers alongside a dynamic team; Collaborating with commercial teams, strategic sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing to identify customer challenges and areas for growth, delivering value through innovation, project leadership, and continuous improvement; Successfully partnering with internal and external customers to meet Printpack’s objectives, traveling to execute trials at suppliers, Printpack manufacturing sites, and customer packaging locations; Applying a combination of material, manufacturing process, and quality knowledge and experience to develop and optimize superior flexible packaging offerings that meet customer needs and expectations; Participating in strategic account planning and product management of customer specifications; Ensuring rapid, successful project completion, including commercialization of...
