This may include bathing them, helping them dress, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to a doctor’s appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping. If you have experience as a caregiver – that’s GREAT! If you don’t have experience BUT have cared for a family member who has been sick or just up there in age, then we call help you through the process of becoming a caregiver.
