This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our location is open Monday to Sunday. What You’ll Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring style, comfort, and optimal vision - Interpret optical prescriptions provided by the optometrist - Perform frame and facial measurements, ensuring proper fit and positioning of new eyewear, as well as repairs and adjustments - Assist with contact lens fittings and process contact lens order - Manage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third parties - Guide customers in selecting eyewear that combines fashion with function - Support day-to-day store operations and contribute to overall store success - Assist with additional tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly What You Bring: - Minimum one yea...
