YOUR ROLE: •Overall ServiceNow Architecture and Roadmap to be with Vendor •Responsible /Accountable with client consulted and approving. •Configure, customize, maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirement •Develop and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and workflows •Manage user accounts, including creating, updating, and deactivating accounts as necessary •Assign roles and permissions within ServiceNow to users for appropriate access levels •Resolve incidents related to ServiceNow functionality and performance •Investigate and diagnose ServiceNow related problems, working to find root causes and implement solutions •Manage and control changes to the ServiceNow platform, providing minimal disruption to service •Perform regular ServiceNow...
