Job description

The Security Supervisor Supervises, trains, and coordinates the activities of Security Officers assigned to the shift, and oversees on-shift 24/7 security operations, personnel, and safety protocols to protect guests, employees, and assets while delivering exceptional guest service. Provides superior service to guests by seeking out opportunities to be of service; by maintaining highly visible patrols to ensure a safe gaming experience; by assuring quality support to other departments so that they may serve guests more effectively. Proactively maintains public order, enforcing safety rules, protecting property and assets, and investigating disturbances within the property. Assist the Security Manager in achieving and maintaining departmental goals on assigned shifts. Leads Security activities. Monitors activity regarding Nebraska Racing & Gaming Commission regulations and company policies. Handles compliance matters related to Security Department.
