Work Flexibility: Field-based Schedule & On-Call Requirements: This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. What you will do: As an Associate Sales Representative specializing in medical devices , you will promote and sell joint replacement and trauma solutions to healthcare professionals. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal.
