Job Title: Emergency Department Location: York, PA: Employment Type: Full-time: What You’ll Champion: - 6‑week scheduling blocks with 12‑hour shifts: Typically three 12‑hour clinical shifts per week, plus 4 hours of dedicated project or administrative time - Rotating day, evening, and night shifts: Includes weekends and holidays; no call required - Multiple shift options available: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, 1:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM - High‑volume Emergency Department: Approximately 93,000 annual ED visits, offering a fast‑paced, high‑acuity clinical environment - Team‑based, collaborative practice: Work alongside 30 attending Emergency Medicine physicians, ED residents, and 7 full‑time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with strong clinical support - Ideal candidate profile: A motivated, high‑performing Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a busy emergency department and enjoys managing complex cases - Experience requirements: Recent Emergency Department experience practicing as a mid‑level provider required; must be comfortable caring for patients of all ages First in Class Benefits: - Comprehensive health benefits - Flexible spending and hea...
