About the role: We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a key role in strengthening our go-to-market execution in Italy. This is not a standard SDR role. You won’t just execute, you will help shape how SDR works in Italy being responsible for building strong working relationships with Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective execution across the lead-to-opportunity process. You will act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that leads are engaged effectively, qualified properly, and transformed into real business opportunities.
