Description Schedule : Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Summary: The Scheduler/CMA is responsible for coordinating staff schedules and consumer transportation to ensure adequate 24/7 coverage and continuity of care. This role also performs duties within the scope of a Certified Medication Aide, including medication administration, monitoring consumer safety, and supporting daily program operations. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills to effectively manage scheduling, transportation logistics, and documentation. Responsibilities: Scheduling & Staffing Coordination: - Maintain staff schedules to ensure 24-hour, 7-day coverage at all times - Coordinate and adjust staffing based on call-ins, PTO, and program needs - Communicate schedule changes clearly and timely to staff and leadership - Monitor staffing patterns and proactively identify coverage gaps Transportation Coordination: - Schedule and coordinate consumer transports for appointments, meetings, and activities - Communicate transportation schedules with staff and treatment team - May transport consumers using agency vehicles as needed - Follow all agency policies and applicable...
