The lead custodial position assists with overseeing the comprehensive custodial maintenance of assigned Cornell buildings and staff of 10 or more custodians. Oversight responsibilities may increase during times of critical need . Responsible for functioning as an acting supervisor of an entire custodial complex in manager’s absence . Serves as the primary lead person for the complex emergency call-in process and is expected to respond to campus emergencies and custodial concerns after normal working hours, to include evenings and weekends.
