Introduction: Do you hold a National or International Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in passenger carrying operations with experience of working in a passenger transport environment, in particular social care and/or education? Do you understand the issues challenging local authority transport services? Are you a good team player and communicator able to manage in a sometimes challenging environment to meet the needs of diverse audiences, including presenting, representing and promoting services effectively?
