JOB SUMMARY: The Texas Rangers are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will be responsible for managing incoming payments, generating and distributing invoices, and accurately recording financial transactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely collections, maintaining well-organized financial records, and supporting the overall efficiency of accounting operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Generate, review, and distribute invoices for the organization. Communicate with customers regarding invoices & payment status. Perform collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts. Generate aging reports across multiple entities. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Process all types of deposits. Perform accounts receivable reconciliations. Other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in accounting, at minimum. Minimum of 2+ years of Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with f...
