Job DetailsJob Location: Ashland, KY 41101The Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate supports both the inside sales counter and warehouse operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience and efficient branch performance. This role serves walk-in and returning customers, provides HVAC product expertise, processes orders accurately, and performs key warehousing duties such as receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to manage both sales and warehouse responsibilities safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Counter / Inside Sales: Greet and assist customers at the sales counter; take orders and enter them accurately into the system, prioritizing regular or key accounts. Use electronic and printed catalogs to provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability for HVAC products and systems. Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, add-on items, and promoting new or featured HVAC products.
