Manager - Import and Export Compliance

Who You Are In this role as our Import and Export Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Import/Export team, as well as managing all import and export compliance related activities including overseeing import entries and exports, advising our company on best trade practices, managing brokers and other service providers, and training. You will lead the efforts to ensure global compliance with import and export laws and that FANUC America Corporation (FAC) is current with all applicable and related rules and regulations. You must have proven experience effectively leading, developing, and motivating teams, as well as a background and solid understanding of import/export regulations, and be excited about working in-person to be close to all these activities. In today’s marketplace, businesses must excel at international trade, including understanding and navigating increasingly complex and ever-changing tariff practices, supply chain and transportation challenges, and always important export control.
