We’re looking for a passionate and values-driven leader to manage our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program in Lockridge. Our 35-place service is situated in the heart of Lockridge, with Lockridge Primary School a short, 'walking bus' away! This newly created role will lead from the front to shape a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for children. You will be the Nominated Supervisor for the service and your responsibilities will include: - Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children. - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service - While our Compliance Team maintains oversight of legislative changes and sets policies & procedures, you will ensure the effective implementation and integration into everyday practice - Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of educators - Designing and embedding engaging, inclusive programs that reflect children’s interests and needs - Building strong, positive relationships with families, schools, and the local community - Take ownership of enrolment growth and service visibility - Manage the enrolment process and debt management - Managing rosters, budgets, resources, and service sustainability...
