Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀 What you’ll do: As a Sales Enablement Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of our sales teams—especially in the Italian market. You will focus on delivering impactful training, improving onboarding, and ensuring sales teams have what they need to succeed day-to-day. Your Responsibilities: Support and continuously improve our Sales Onboarding Program , helping new joiners ramp quickly and effectively Deliver engaging training sessions for different sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Partners), with a strong focus on the Italian market. Identify skill gaps and support the rollout of targeted training initiatives Create and maintain training materials (playbooks, decks, guides) covering product knowledge, sales processes, and objection handling Partner closely with local sales l...
