OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Principal Process Engineer, the R&D cleanroom Supervisor will assist with day-to-day supervision of assigned personnel and will focus on effective communication and dissemination of information to/from the R&D team and management, as well as overseeing daily R&D activities. he supervisor shall demonstrate fundamental understanding of all related manufacturing processes, and will be capable of meeting both time and quality standards. Will primarily act in a supervisory role while also demonstrating the capability to perform the work of those supervised on an as-needed basis.
