About the Role: The Director of Enterprise Architecture is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and driving the overall technology strategy and architectural vision for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, with a focus on healthcare-specific systems, data, and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring our technology landscape is modern, scalable, and secure while enabling high-quality care and experience for our consumers. Your mission is to lead a team of architects to create and govern an enterprise architecture that aligns technology with our strategic business goals, drives digital transformation, and ensures compliance with all healthcare regulations.
