About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within Commercial Real Estate (CRE). This role will support a high volume Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing portfolio. In this role, you will: - Manage life of the loan servicing for a complex Commercial real-estate construction loan portfolio - Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables - Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors - Resolve moderately complex issues.
