Apartment Maintenance Service Tech II | Terraces at Paseo Colorado - Pasadena, CA Terraces at Paseo Colorado is a mid-rise style apartment community with 391 units. Schedule required: Sunday - Thursday with ability to participate in the on-call rotation for after hours emergency work order requests(once every 4 weeks). Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly : Starting at $23.52 - $30.28 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $48,921 - $62,986.
