ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop content to build audience and engage followers through daily posts across all social media platforms for QBRC, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TripAdvisor, and other sites as assigned. Coordinate guest service program by monitoring social media, Tripadvisor, secret shopper reports and guest comments and ensure appropriate responses are made by soliciting departments for feedback. Follow up with departments to ensure guest concerns are addressed with the staff and measures are put into place to correct errors in the future.
