This leader partners with BD, pricing, delivery, and SMEs to align Price‑to‑Win, staffing, BOEs, and risk mitigations, and to ready solutions for color reviews and proposal volumes. You Have: 5+ years of experience in Solution Shaping and Technical Strategy development, early solution development, CONOPS, interfaces, risk log, and tracing requirements to verifiable artifacts, such as SRR, PDR, CDR inputs, and VCRM Experience with proposal readiness, orchestrating solutions volumes, compliance matrices, and BOEs aligning with FAR, DFARS, EVM baselines, and IMS Experience with Price‑to‑Win, cost volume, competitive analysis and PTW modeling, developing credible cost volumes using Pro Pricer, and defensible burdening Experience with customer and stakeholder engagem...
