Job Summary: As a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process. This vital frontline role within our Travel department plays a key part in delivering on our commitment to providing exceptional, white-glove service to claimants and callers. Utilizing your independent judgment and strong communication skills, you will gather essential information, assess coverage eligibility, and effectively communicate findings to claimants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Your Impact: - Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations - Handle incoming calls from and make outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner - Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality claims processing standards - Maintain current knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and all other job functions - Ability to func...
