This role supports adults 18+ with mental health and/or substance use issues, concurrent disorders, and dual diagnosis. The program offers case management, recreational programming, and hoarding and pest supports within anti ‑ oppressive, trauma ‑ informed, harm reduction, and mental health recovery frameworks. Clients live across four WoodGreen-owned buildings and 36 privately owned units throughout Toronto, and the role includes community-based work and travel during work hours.
