Overview LMI seeks a Senior Acquisition Team Lead to support a Customs and Border Protection program. The Senior Acquisition Team Lead will provide leadership and oversight across acquisition support for a large, complex CBP program supporting mission-critical activities. The Team Lead leads a team of contractor acquisition and program management professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery of acquisition products and services, driving innovation and process improvements, and collaborating closely with program managers, contracting officials, and other stakeholders. This role requires a strong customer-service mindset, deep acquisition expertise, and proactive engagement capabilities.
