Description Summary: Provides coordination and oversight of all aspects of agency facility, vehicle and ground-keeping maintenance. Duties/Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency facilities and equipment. - Oversee and coordinate the repair and maintenance of all agency vehicles. - Provide general ground-keeping maintenance by mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, snow removal, etc. or oversee these tasks by external vendors. - Perform routine repairs to Noble facilities as needed. - Obtain and evaluate quotes from external vendors as needed. - Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency facilities. - Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program for agency vehicles. - Move furniture and other items within Noble’s facilities and assist with client moves in Noble’s residential program as needed. - Follow all safety guidelines regarding the use of equipment, machines, tools, personal protective equipment and work processes.
