POSITION TITLE: FOOD BANK COORDINATOR: DEPARTMENT: SOCIAL SERVICES: STATUS: TEMPORARY FULL-TIME; NON-EXEMPT: SUPERVISOR: CORPS OFFICERS: *This position is temporary and is intended to provide coverage during an employee’s leave of absence. Employment in this role is contingent upon the employee’s leave status and may end at any time based on the employee’s return to work or business needs.* GENERAL STATEMENT: The Salvation Army is a branch of the Christian Church and the ultimate goal of all programs is spiritual regeneration of all people. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - Candidate should have 1 year of experience or more in one of the following categories: supervising volunteers or working within a non-profit organization. - Minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. - Additionally, two years of non-profit work experience is preferred.
