Candidates should possess a passion for teaching and be able to collaborate with colleagues to ensure different sections of the same course progress at the same pace. Successful candidates will have a proven record of teaching Spanish to high school students and the ability to differentiate instruction. The successful candidate will be expected to provide continuity by promoting student success and growth in both academic and interpersonal skills through instruction. It is important to create a safe and optimal learning environment in which student progress is documented, individual needs are addressed, and effective communication with students, parents, administration, faculty, and staff is maintained.
