Senior Solutions Architect

Job description

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the FTSE Russell Index platform estate, including operational risk remediation, regulatory compliance, resiliency improvements, and platform modernization. This role requires a hands-on architect who can work effectively within complex, highly interconnected legacy systems, while driving pragmatic, incremental improvements in architecture, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will balance run and change, ensuring stability of critical platforms while enabling transformation aligned to business and risk priorities. You will act as a strategic thought partner across Product, Operations, and Engineering: - Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product teams to shape solutions that balance business value, scope, cost, and timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality and technical integrity.
