This role works closely with aspiring educators, mentor teachers, school leaders, and the AEP team to ensure strong day-to-day execution of the program. Responsibilities include supporting apprentice development, strengthening mentor practice, teaching pathway-aligned college coursework as an adjunct instructor, and ensuring alignment between coursework and on-the-job learning.
