Job description

As the Fleet Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in the continued implementation and optimisation of our new logistics management system, Orcoda, whilst leading a small team of Fleet Controllers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive change, improve efficiency and continue to delight our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective management of the Pick-up and Delivery (PUD) Fleet. - Champion the ongoing implementation and utilisation of Orcoda, enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement. - Monitor fleet performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation, cost reduction and process improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Northline policies, maintain high standards to safety, quality and customer service. - Generate regular reports and analysis to track fleet performance, identifying trends and make data-driven decisions. - Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), including missed pick-ups, return times, and overall fleet performance, and provide daily reports to the management team outlining the day’s...
