Role Overview Sodexo Live! is seeking a high-performing District Manager with a prominent airport lounge client. The District Manager oversees operations across multiple premium airport lounges, serving as the key liaison between field teams and corporate or client leadership. This role ensures consistent execution of Sodexo’s brand standards while driving performance in service delivery, staffing, financials, and compliance. The District Manager leads and supports in-lounge leadership, resolves escalated issues, fosters team cohesion, and ensures alignment across all touchpoints in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. The ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas, TX metro area. Lounge operations are based at DFW, LAS, PHX and SAN Airports in the west.
