Description The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team! SCHEDULE: Shifts are as early as 6 am and end as late as 10 pm. This position will require mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. *This is a seasonal position of expected dates being 5/1 to 9/1. Subject to change* RATE OF PAY: $26.75-26.75 per hour - Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards. - Check guests in and out. - Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins. - Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments, and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
