Residential Counselor

Description JOB SUMMARY: Provide addiction counseling and case management services to residential patients. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock’s Mission to the community. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field. Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other Behavioral Science degree preferred. Must be licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana or eligible for licensing. LCPC or LCSW license and experience as a therapist preferred. CPR/First Aid certified. SKILLS: Ability to organize work and maintain schedule; ability to establish rapport with patients and facilitate healing. Knowledge of essentials methodology of addictions treatment.
