Directs and manages the legal entity reporting and regulatory compliance on assigned entities. Reviews and / or ensures appropriate controls and oversight are in place and functioning properly. Coordinates external audits and prepares / reviews audited / unaudited reports for assigned entities. Ensure alignment and coordination with other areas, internal and external, to achieve timely and accurate financial and regulatory reporting. Principal Duties: Manage the communication efforts with the finance and management groups to understand purpose, goals and objective of the respective legal entities.
