Job Description Summary The Supply Base Project Lead is responsible for leading supplier-related projects that shape, stabilize, and optimize the supply base, with a strong focus on supplier transfers, industrialization, and ramp‑up to serial production. The role owns the end‑to‑end coordination of supply base projects, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, quality compliance, and on‑time industrialization, while acting as a key interface between Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and the Project Organization. The position operates with significant commercial responsibility and decision influence in a regulated manufacturing environment.
