Description Nourishing Tomorrow (NT) is a community-based, collaborative research project by Case Western Reserve University, MetroHealth, University Hospitals and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank (GCFB), which evaluates the impact of three different methods of supporting pregnant people and their families through increased access to fresh, nutritious food, and supportive resources during pregnancy and postpartum. This position will be responsible for overseeing a quality improvement project for NT that reviews and documents the content of the medically tailored groceries provided by the GCFB. Primary Responsibilities: - On a weekly basis, review food box implementation forms received from the GCFB to document completeness and adherence to nutritional guidelines and study protocols. - Extract and enter required information from implementation forms into REDCap following established data entry procedures. - Perform basic data quality checks to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or potential errors. - Maintain organized records of reviewed forms and track processing status in study data systems. - Communicate discrepancies or data concerns to supervising staff and assist w...
