Summary: The Services Delivery Manager - Disability Home Care plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality services within the home care, disability sector. Based in Indooroopilly, this permanent full-time position is responsible for supporting safe, consistent and person-centred service delivery across our disability support teams. The successful candidate will lead and support staff, oversee day-to-day service operations, monitor care quality, and work closely with participants, families, clinical staff and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to a high standard. This role will suit an experienced disability, home care or community services professional who is ready to take greater responsibility for service delivery, team leadership and operational quality.
