Job Overview As the Training and Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing, building, analyzing, and leading training initiatives. These trainings will enable employees to ramp up quickly during onboarding, perform confidently, and grow in their roles. This person will have the autonomy to own end-to-end onboarding and training programs locally for new hires and existing employees seeking cross-training opportunities or needed re-trained. This person will partner with the client and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training content is current, scalable, and measurable. Responsibilities: · Develop training strategy and roadmap o Identify skill gaps and define a training plan aligned to business/team goals. o Create an annual/quarterly training calendar and continuously refine it based on feedback and outcomes. · Design and deliver training programs o Build and maintain curriculum (live sessions, workshops, self-paced modules, job aids, guides) while incorporating existing required trainings. o Facilitate sessions for individuals and groups adapting to different learning styles. o Establish standards for training materials · Own the onboarding activities o...
