Job title: Assoc Engr II – Digital Manufacturing (Manufacturing Systems & CI) Department / Division: Manufacturing - Industrial & Systems Engineering Salary Grade: EX3_14: Salary Range: $88,700 - $97,000 plus annual bonus Location: Ada, MI: *Note: This position is an office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Mondays through Thursdays, with Friday as a remote option What do we need: This is not a traditional engineering role—and it’s not a pure analytics role. This position exists to lead the execution of digital manufacturing initiatives that improve how manufacturing teams operate, make decisions, and sustain performance. You will operate at the intersection of plant operations, manufacturing data, and digital enablement, turning loosely defined problems into structured programs that deliver measurable results. You will own programs end‑to‑end: identifying opportunities, defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, guiding technical execution, driving adoption on the plant floor, and ensuring solutions stick.
