Description Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Safety and Security Department to provide maximum safety and security for students, staff, and center property. Serves as the Centers designated Safety and Occupational Health Officer. Ensures proper screening of staff, students, and visitors entering and exiting the site. Responsible the Center Occupational Health and Safety program. Duties/Responsibilities: - Adheres to the Policy and Requirements Handbook (PRH) and Career Systems Development (CSD) policies and procedures, and the Center Operating Procedures. - Assists students in adjusting to Center life to enhance student retention by providing supervision, behavior modification, counseling, and by acting as a positive role model and mentor. - Employee provides, and ensures staff assigned to their supervision provide, services that meet the needs of students in a timely professional manner with the highest degree of customer service in mind. - Maintains confidentiality but reports significant events or situations immediately through approved channels to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff, and to ensure that require...
