Job Description We seek an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our clients head office based in the inner Melbourne. Who are we looking for?: This a perfect role for a committed, energetic individual looking to create real value in a rewarding, client centric environment. This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients, and the internal team. With some administration task such as meeting room booking coordination, stock ordering for stationary and kitchen supplies, managing contractors, responding to email enquiries, mailroom, accepting deliveries and other ad hoc tasks. As the successful new team member you will be an experienced receptionist or front of house / guest services attendant with the know-how and experience to deliver a seamless service, and: This is a 38 hour per week role, working Monday to Friday from 9.00 am until 5:30 pm each day. - have a professional and positive attitude - be adaptable to changing priorities - have intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft along with exceptional attention to detail.
