The Role The Portfolio Analytics Associate will play a key role in managing the firm’s performance reporting system, Addepar, while collaborating directly with senior leadership on broader data-related initiatives. In addition to the day to day oversight of Addepar, this individual will identify project requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements to support business objectives. Success in this role requires strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for data and its impact on business operations. The Portfolio Analytics Associate must thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to shift priorities in response to the teams’ and COO’s competing priorities.
