About the Role: We're looking for a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to own the full HR operations function in Poland. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the heart of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding, payroll accuracy to compliance, and everything in between. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual who can help improve and automate our Poland processes and flex to support other European entities (E.g. NL + UK) when required (e.g. holiday coverage, large projects, etc.) Ideal Candidate: - At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally within an international environment. - Solid understanding of Polish labor law regulations, payroll, compensation and benefits. - English proficiency at a minimum B2 level. - Strong google sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Proactive approach with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and data. - Proactively identifying improvement opportunities and driving the necessary improvements. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effe...
