Job Description Summary: Fenwick is seeking a Temporary Attorney Recruiting Coordinator who will collaborate closely with the Attorney Recruiting team and other teams across the firm to coordinate recruiting efforts related to hiring law students, lateral attorneys, partner recruiting, entry-level associates, temporary attorneys, staff attorneys, and patent agents. This position can be based in our Silicon Valley (CA) or San Francisco (CA) office locations and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from home and at your designated Fenwick office. The frequency of in-office work will be determined by business needs and guided by your department's directives. Job Description: - Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews. - Schedule call-back interviews and greet recruits. Gather interview evaluations and prepare evaluation packets for the Hiring Partners and Recruiting Managers.
