Site Materials Manager

Audubon is currently seeking a Site Materials Manager to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Materials Manager manages the efficient flow of materials by receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and maintaining inventory. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversight of training and mentoring for all project assigned material staff, and as required other project staff, trade supervision, and tradespeople on department procedures, project plans, and systems - Stores, removes, loads, and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets, and vehicles that cannot be handled by materials handling devices. - Operates manual or mechanical devices, and stocks inventory shelves - Knowledge of computer systems that support material management functions and communications. - Reads production schedule, site order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed or received. - Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings and other structures. - Knowledge of construction materials. - Safe use and proper distribution of tools and materials. - Determining the kind of tools and equ...
