IPRally is a scale-up transforming how innovative companies search, analyze, and understand patents using proprietary AI. Our customers include Fortune 500 R&D teams, global industrials, law firms, and patent offices. Behind all of that is a small IT setup that needs to be secure, reliable, and quietly effective. We are now looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of it. This is a step up role. You might be working in IT support or system administration today and feel ready to take responsibility for the whole environment. Here, you will. We are a small company. That means less legacy, fewer layers, and real room to improve how things are done. What you would do: Own and run day to day IT across the company, covering identity and access, endpoints, networks, and internal tools Manage the full user lifecycle and keep access, onboarding, and offboarding in order Keep our environment audit ready with clear evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Operate and improve endpoint management across primarily macOS (with some Windows and Linux), including patching, compliance, and security monitoring Own asset lifecycle from procurement and setup to reuse and secure disposal Run access re...
