Create your best future and join Westpac as a Technical Business Analyst (Data and Integration) What’s the role?: In this Technical Business Analyst role, you will support complex data migration and transformation initiatives across the bank. Your focus will be to understand how data really behaves across systems and help teams make confident, evidence-based decisions as platforms change. This is a full-time permanent hybrid role based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country. You’ll work across multiple source systems and modern data platforms, using SQL to profile data , explore quality issues , and uncover patterns that are not visible in documentation alone. You’ll help assess how data changes flow through warehouses, reporting layers, and downstream applications, then translate those impacts into clear, actionable insights. You’ll be deeply embedded in the technical detail, requiring you to dig through code, understand data meaning, logic, and impact as well as support solution design.
