This is an existing vacancy that we are actively looking to fill. - Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential information - Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals - Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities - Maintain a database of historical costs and vendor pricing - Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required - Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company policies - Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to price and communicate change requests - Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, preferably in HVAC systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction methods, and building codes - Ex...
